Refund & Cancellation
At Vivarana Technology, we strive to provide excellent customer
service and a seamless experience for all of our payment and
recharge services. However, we understand that situations may
arise where you need to request a cancellation or refund. Please
read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand
your rights and the process for requesting a refund or
cancellation. following terms and conditions. Please read them

01. Recharge Services: Prepaid, DTH, and Other Payments:
By using Vivarana Technology Services, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of
these terms, you must not use our services.

No Refund or Cancellation: Recharge services,
including prepaid mobile recharges and DTH recharges,
are processed instantly. Once the transaction is
completed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or canceled
as the recharge is directly credited to the recipient's
account.

Incorrect Transaction: If a recharge was made
for the wrong number or service, Vivarana Technology
cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies. We
encourage users to verify all details before proceeding
with the payment.

02. Bill Payments: Postpaid, Landline, Broadband,
Electricity, Gas, Insurance, and Water:

Cancellation:Once a bill payment is completed, it
cannot be canceled or reversed. Payments are sent
directly to service providers and are processed
immediately.

Refund: f an error occurs (such as a double
payment or overpayment), please contact our customer
support within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds, if
applicable, will be processed according to the policies
of the respective service providers. Vivarana Technology
will assist in coordinating the refund, but the final
decision rests with the service provider.

03. LIC Payment (Insurance), PHED Rajasthan (Water), and
Special Bill Payments:

No Refund/No Cancellation: Payments made for
services like LIC Insurance, PHED Rajasthan, Fastag
Recharge, Gas Cylinder, Loan Repayment, Municipal Tax,
Housing Society, Club & Association fees, Cable TV,
Hospitals, Subscription Fees, and Education Fees are
processed on behalf of third-party vendors or government
authorities

Disputes: If you encounter an issue with your
payment (e.g., a transaction error), please reach out to
our support team for assistance. We will help resolve
the matter in accordance with the service provider's
policies.

04. Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) Express, Scan and Pay:

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Once a Domestic Money
Transfer (DMT) transaction or Scan and Pay service has
been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical errors
or transaction failures, subject to investigation by the
payment gateway or partner bank.

Incorrect Transfer: If funds were sent to the
wrong recipient, Vivarana Technology is not liable for
any recovery. We recommend double-checking recipient
details before initiating transactions.

05. Travel Services: Bus, Flight, Hotel, IRCTC, Cab:

Cancellation: Travel bookings for buses, flights,
hotels, IRCTC tickets, and cabs are subject to the
individual cancellation policies of the respective
service providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus
operators, and IRCTC). You must refer to the terms and
conditions of the specific service provider to
understand cancellation windows, penalties, and refund
eligibility.

Refund: If a refund is eligible according to
the provider's cancellation policy, it will be processed
by the provider. Vivarana Technology will assist in
initiating the refund process, but the approval and
amount refunded will depend on the provider's
guidelines.

06. AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) and UPI Gateway
Payments:

No Cancellation/No Refund: Payments made through
AEPS or UPI Gateway are processed directly between the
user's bank and the service provider. Once a payment is
made, it is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Transaction Discrepancies: In the event of a
failed transaction or discrepancy, customers must
contact their respective bank or payment gateway
immediately for resolution. Vivarana Technology will
assist in providing transaction details if necessary,
but we are not responsible for refunds or cancellations.

07. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:

Contact Support: If you believe your transaction
is eligible for a refund or cancellation, please contact
our support team at infovivarana@gmail.com or
call our customer service at [phone number] within 24
hours of the transaction. Include your transaction ID,
payment details, and reason for requesting a refund.

Investigation: All refund requests are subject
to an internal investigation. Please allow 5–7 business
days for us to assess the situation and determine if a
refund is possible. We will notify you of the outcome
via email.
